Not far from the Royal Palace is a small church with a big name: the Celestial Church of Christ It is one of a number of such churches mainly located in Africa and in the Afro-descendant communities in the world, particularly in Benin and Nigeria (Wikipedia). I was charmed by the grace and simple white costumes of the parishioners and their children, and by the light and color of the interior.

ReplyDeletedeveriam ter menos igrejas (de qualquer segmento religioso) e mais escolas, cursos profissionalizantes, cursos técnicos e cursos de aconselhamento básico de empreendedorismo, noções básicas de sanitarismo e higiene e preservação ambiental.
Essas crianças, deveriam estar na escola, praticando algum esporte ou exercendo o seu direito de ser criança.
