Downtown Port Moresby after the Nature Park
We stopped on the way from the Nature Park to get a view of the houses on stilts over the water, backed up by more solid structures on the hill behind.
Driving through the business district, we took a couple of pictures (above and below) of an ornately decorated bank, which contrasted markedly with the rather run-down downtown.
Framed in the architecture of a high-end hotel where we stopped for lunch, two views of a Chinese temple, testimony to the growing influence of China in this part of the world.
