While in Florida, we took the opportunity to get together with friends we had met on an earlier Silveseas cruise. They're enthusiastic wildlife photographers, and took us to two nature preserves near their home in Delray. Both are superb places, with boardwalks over the water and swampy areas, to view tropical birds, other wildlife, and aqueous vegetation. The first was Waxahatchee Wetlands.
