From Honduras we sailed to the Caribbean island of Belize, mainly to see the Mayan ruins at Xunantich. Most of those photos will be posted for viewing tomorrow. Today, a few views of Belize City, the approach to the ruins from the other side of a river that we had to cross by ferry, and a beginning of our view of the impressive ruins.
We saw many spectacular sunrises on this voyage, but this may have been the best.
Ready for the tourists, even early in the morning.
