Two nice things from our last day in Brno, before taking the train to Bratislava.
A big show of work by Alfons Mucha, including seven of the twenty paintings from his huge project "The Slav Epic", each of which is about 6 x 8 meters! Plus about 100 of his posters, for which he became famous and prosperous in the early 20th C.
A last stroll through the Zelny Trh outdoor market in the town square near our hotel. I passed up the peppers and garlic, beautiful though they were, but got an apple to eat with my sandwich for lunch.
