We left Iran on October 21, 2022, and flew from Tehran to Doha in Qatar. We spent three days there before flying back home to Portland, but I have collected photos for seven days of blog postings. I'll start with views of the Doha Corniche, "a waterfront promenade extending for seven kilometres along Doha Bay in Qatar's capital city, Doha." (Wikipedia).
This was just a month before the start of the FIFA World Cup, and the city was full of advertising signage, which I've tried to avoid in my photos.
