On a warm August evening in Portland, Oregon, I took my camera on a walk near my condo in the Pearl District. I was inspired by some of the orange-tinted evening photos of Vancouver, B.C. by Fred Herzog, and I was not disappointed. This first batch is of restaurants and sidewalk dining.
