Pia was in charge of food on our voyage, and she did a fine job of it. Not only did she supervise the cooking, and do key parts herself, she was responsible for provisioning the ship for a month-long journey. She gave an informative and good-humored talk on how she did it, assisted for a moment by her top assistant, Uno.
