After being closed for months because of the pandemic, Powell's City of Books today opened two rooms (Blue and Green) on the first floor of its full-city-block, four story building. Observing proper social distancing, the rooms were sparsely populated, but it was great to see one of Portland's iconic places (and the world's biggest new and used bookstore) accessible again.
