Tanner Springs Park in Northwest Portland's Pearl District is just what the name suggests: A park fed by a spring that supplied water for a tannery in the 1800s. Now it's not at all noisome, but instead provides a peaceful and pretty small park in the middle of the city. More photos will follow this week.
