Foodie Facility

An important part of Portland's image is as a foodie heaven. We have many excellent restaurants and farmers markets. But how does an aspiring restauranteur get started? One excellent way is by using KitchenCru, "a shared use community kitchen and culinary incubator". A couple of reviews say
"Very cool commercial kitchen space hosting upstarts & pop up restaurants." and "Exemplary commercial kitchen space for the culinary professional". It's located near the south end of the Pearl District, where I took a couple of photos through the windows.
