National Museum of Ireland

The National Museum of Ireland - Archaeology on Kildare Street in Dublin, near University College Dublin, has a fascinating trove of exhibits: lots of gold, preserved bog people, etc. It's also housed in a wonderfully ornate Victorian building. Highly recommended in all the tour guides, and deservedly so. Here are some photos of the exhibits and the building interior.
