While Ngorongoro Crater is mainly about the animals, it also presents some striking scenery. Here we have a panorama of the hundred square mile crater, a broad view from the rim, safari vehicles gathered around a small lake for lunch, and a particularly impressive Cape buffalo assemblage. As our guide said, that bottom rack of horns is what professional hunters lust after.
