August 17 was the day of the big Mount Hagen Cultural Show. We drove from Rondon Ridge to Mount Hagen, and before going to the show grounds, stopped for a half hour at the Mount Hagen Market. Such markets are among my favorite places to photograph, and this one did not disappoint. It was particularly interesting to see how some of the food was carefully arranged for display.
