Yesterday (Friday the 13th) we had a long and rather arduous drive, coast-to-coast diagonally across Tasmania, from Hobart in the southeast to Strahan in the northwest. About six hours of driving on mountainous, narrow, winding roads. The scenery was very attractive, but we didn't have time to stop for photographs until near the end of the drive. But when we finally did stop at a couple of places, the views were quite lovely.
