July 17, 2018. Around noon we encountered several groups of zebras. They look very different in these hilly grasslands than they do during their migrations on the plains of the Serengeti. We learned that the name for a collection of zebras is a "dazzle", since the kaleidoscopic blending of black and white stripes as the group moves tends to dazzle and confuse predatory lions.
