After Hohokaa, we continued our drive in the north of the Big Island to the town of Kapauu, distinguished by an impressive wooden statue of King Kamehameha in frront of city hall, a couple of arts and crafts galleries, and then a bit further for a view down a few thousand feet to the coast of the Pololo Valley.
