The African Oryx (generally just called the oryx, but there are other species) is one of the prominent desert animals in Namibia, and the first we saw upon arriving at the lodge. Some of these photos emphasize the animal alone or in small groups or herds, others display them embedded in the landscape. Whichever, they look fine.
