On March 14 we stopped at a stationery store in Kara to buy some school supplies. Expecting the standard pens and notebooks, we also found a couple of nice maps - of Africa and of Togo.
Then we delivered the maps to the upper grade classroom.
After about 45 minutes, we left and were waved on our way by the lower graders. A fun visit.
The next day we stopped at a school near the border with Benin, to deliver the supplies. We stopped first at the classroom for the lower grades, where we gifted the pens and notebooks.
