It's been a long time since I've posted photos from my home town of Portland, Oregon. We've been doing a lot of international traveling over the past months, and while we're away I've scheduled posts from previous trips - notably Bolivia, which has just concluded.
To prove that I do live in Portland, I'll be posting some photos from the August just past, a month when we were in fact in town. Today's post is from the First Thursday opening at Blackfish Gallery in the Pearl District on August 5. This is a collective effort, instead of the usual one- or two-person show, to signify and examine the unity in diversity theme that is so important in these fraught times.
