I haven't posted to this blog for several years after moving from Saint Paul, Minnesota to Portland, Oregon, but have continued taking lots of photos. Now I'm beginning to feel that I'd again like to share some of them with the photography community.
Here are a few from today's (Sunday) Culinary Pearl Farmers Market, held on a three-block stretch of NW 13th Avenue in the Pearl. It features the excellent local food, both to eat here and take home. It's a recent offspring of the long-standing Portland Farmer's Market, held every Saturday on the campus of Portland State University.
I took these photos in color, but I think they look better (more like traditional street photographs) in black and white.
