We've just returned from a month touring three Middle Eastern countries - Kurdistan, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia - with MIRcorp, which specializes in travel to "the crossroads of Europe and Asia". My blog postings for the next several months will be devoted what we saw in these countries - a vivid and complex spectrum.
