The views of Osaka from the exterior of the Umeda Sky Tower's Kuchu Teien Observatory are impressive, if similar to views from skyscrapers in many big cities.
The fog adds a special character.
The view down to the garden at the foot of the Sky Tower, however, is quite unusual, and is reflective of Japanese regard for the beauties of nature.
