Farmageddon
This is the third in my series of photos of farmers who sell at the People's Food Co-op in Portland. Farmageddon is led by Neil Robinson, and currently has two locations: to the southwest of Portland, and about 15 miles to the northwest in Ridgefield, Washington, on land shared with Northwest Organic Farms. These photos were taken in Washington. Neil, along with coworkers Lisa and Matt, was mainly working on cleanup of the farm.

MC Farms
This is the second in my project about farmers who sell at the People's Food Co-op in Portland. MC Farms is run by May Herr and her husband Chue Fue. They raise flowers, strawberries, and vegetables, which they sell at the People's Food Co-op Farmers' Market on Wednesdays and the Hillsboro Farmers' Market on Saturdays.
Boxing strawberries to truck them to the market.
Picking strawberries in the greenhouse
The grape tomatoes are as sweet as the strawberries.
Choosing and cutting the flowers
Gathering the cut flowers and putting them in buckets for the market
A field of flowers against the trees, reminiscent of a Monet painting
