Lamb Barbeque

After the Dougga ruins, we stopped in the town of Sloughia for a lamb barbecue lunch. We chose from a selection of lamb carcasses, and our choice was carved into chops and grilled to order. The butcher and grill-master seemed to enjoy the attention.
