Portland Pearl Photos: Parks (Part 1)

Continuing my series of photos taken in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon, we move to parks, of which the Pearl has four, running south to north. At the south end, closest to downtown Portland, are the North Park Blocks.

According to Wikipedia: "In 2002, Chinese foundry owner Huo Baozhu donated Da Tung and Xi'an Bao Bao, full-size bronze reproductions of Shang dynasty elephant statues, to Portland. The city placed them on the North Park Blocks where children could interact with them."
